Brief History of the college
Mangalpur  Women’s College at  Manqalpur was established in the vear 1988 in the backward area of Jajpur District. It provides an ideal academic atmosphere for over two decades. In the year 1989-91 the college was affiliated to the Council of Higher Secondary Education (Odisha) for +2 Arts. In the Year 1992-93 the College was affiliated to Utkal University, bhubaneswar for +3 Arts then in the year 2014-2015 it got permanent affiliation from Rama Devi Women’s University. The institution has well furnished rooms. Toilets Staff and Students. The College conducts Half-Yearly and Annual Examination, practical classes, displays wall magazine and co-curricular activities.

The mission of the college is encapsulated in its motto and provide the students with knowledge, skills, values and sensitivity to face the challenges in life both in academic field as well as in their personal life.

It is to empower youth by providing quality education in order to make them competent, self-reliant and responsible society builders, professionals and citizens.
